“I am passionate about living the life of my dreams and so in turn love assisting others to live the life of their dreams. I love unlocking imagination and creativity and being purposeful in using it to accomplish goals and help others build self-love, strength and courage to find their true selves.”

 For as long as I can remember I have been interested in why people do the things they do and how it is that they can grow and live a life that they want to. I bring a calm, courageous and caring environment to those whom I coach. After 15 years of working in the financial environment, I made the decision to follow my heart and create the life I truly wanted to live. I am passionate about personal development which is why I became an ICF Accredited Coach through Creative Consciousness® International. I love working with individuals and companies who need a new perspective and mind-shift. I have studied and researched different modalities to gain more knowledge and insights, clients that work with me shift not only their mind-set, but their life too. I love to empower people and I derive great joy and excitement supporting those who are yearning to live their best life.

I believe the more people that are willing and committed to transforming their lives, the more people there will be living positively and passionately and ultimately creating a ripple effect to all those around them, be it in business, social environments or in their personal lives. Coaching is a journey of gaining insight into yourself and it focuses on moving you forward positively.
